Sean M. Ellsworth

Sean
M. Ellsworth has over fourteen years experience representing
individuals and corporations in complex
criminal and civil litigation. Mr. Ellsworth is licensed
in both Florida and Massachusetts and has a Peer Review
Rating. This represents the preeminent rating achievable
only after admission to the bar for at least ten years,
indicating the highest level of legal ability and
ethics. The pinnacle of professional excellence.
As
the founding member of the firm, Mr. Ellsworth concentrated
his practice in the representation of

professionals
and corporations in complex criminal, civil, and administrative
proceeding, including license disciplinary proceedings,
and in matters involving Medicaid and Medicare
Active in the community, Mr. Ellsworth taught
high school students at St. Brendan's Church in West Miami
for nine years, and in 2003, was the recipient of the Brother
Francis Award for his service as a teacher at St. Brendan's.
Mr. Ellsworth was elected in 2000 to a Director position
of the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section
and then in 2003 as their Treasurer, and recently elected
as a Director of the Dade County Bar Association for the
2006-2008 term.
Mr.
Ellsworth has written and lectured extensively in the area
of protecting professional licenses and healthcare fraud,
and was a speaker at the Southeastern Health Care Fraud
Institute in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mark M. Kamp, Esq. is
of counel to Ellsworth Law Firm. Mr. Kamp has focused
his practice on corporate transactions and regulatory
matters. He has assisted start-up, emerging and established
corporations with mergers and acquisitions, private
equity, venture capital and technology transactions.
His clients often seek his general business advice
and rely on his advice and insights to when developing
growth and market strategies. Most recently he was
Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel
to a leading dietary supplement and organic food company
where he oversaw all administrative functions including
Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Human
|
Resources, Support Services, Quality Assurance/Quality
Control, and Distribution. He has also successfully navigated
regulatory investigations by the Food and Drug Administration
and the Federal Trade Commission. Mark received his BA from
Canisius College, his Law degree from the University of
Detroit, and his LL.M. from Tulane University Law School.
Eric Bravin (of counsel
and not licensed in Florida)

Eric
Bravin is of counsel to Ellsworth Law Firm. He is a
member of the California (inactive) and District of
Columbia Bars and has been practicing law for over eight
years. He is a graduate of Stanford University and Columbia
School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar
and twice a James Kent Scholar (presented to approximately
the top 2% of the class). Mr. Bravin served as a law
clerk to the Hon. David M. Ebel of the United States
Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to the Hon.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the United States Supreme Court. |
Since then Mr. Bravin has practiced in every
level of Federal and State court, as well as in mediations,
arbitrations, and internal investigations. He has worked
on complex civil and criminal matters, including representation
of the individual named as "a person of interest"
in the anthrax mailings of 2001. Mr. Bravin is not a member
of the Florida Bar.
